Lake Grove's First Sunday Market holds its final scheduled 2026 market on Nov. 1 with Pet-a-Palooza, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Hallmark Drive in Lake Oswego.

Pet owners are invited to bring their animals in costume for a pet parade and costume contest. Pet portraits will be available, along with vendors selling treats and gear for four-legged visitors.

Leashes are encouraged.

The pet activities sit alongside the market's regular offerings. Shoppers can browse fresh produce, handcrafted goods and food from local vendors. Live music from local performers runs from noon to 2 p.m.

The city's official market page lists only two 2026 dates: the Oct. 4 Back to School Block Party and the Nov. 1 Pet-a-Palooza. That makes this the season finale.

The market also runs programs aimed at making fresh food more accessible. Children ages 4 to 12 can take part in the Farm Fresh Kids Program, completing activities related to healthy living and earning up to $3 in tokens to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables. The program teaches young visitors about local food systems and sustainable farming.

SNAP benefits are accepted at the market, with a match of up to $20 per purchase at each market date. The match allows households to stretch their benefits on fresh, healthy foods.

Parking is available at several nearby businesses, including Acme Construction Supply, Dischinger Orthodontics, Go To Ortho and Summit Orthopaedics.

Shelley Burgess, the market manager, handles questions about the market and can be reached at [email protected].
