Tiago Splitter's Lake Oswego home is on the market for $3,495,000, two months after the former Portland Trail Blazers interim head coach left Oregon to take the top job with the Chicago Bulls.

The 5,721-square-foot contemporary farmhouse at 13800 Goodall Road in the Forest Highlands neighborhood was built by Elite Homes in 2024 on a 0.69-acre lot. The Splitter family owned it for about a year, according to OregonLive, which first reported the listing on Thursday, Aug. 13.

Listing broker Terry Sprague of LUXE Forbes Global Properties said the home was built around an athlete's lifestyle. The property includes a gym with a beverage bar, a swimming pool with an integrated spa and electric cover that can be heated to hot-tub temperatures in winter, and a wine display holding dozens of bottles. Exterior doors roll up or slide away to open into a covered patio with a built-in grill.

Splitter stands 6 feet 11 inches tall. He never had to duck his head anywhere in the house, Sprague said. "There are four hinges on every door."

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home has four bedroom suites clustered on the second floor and a main-level primary retreat with a private entrance. An elevator shaft can be equipped for multigenerational living. During their year in the home, the Splitters hired a designer to install custom wall treatments, including wood- and wallpaper-clad walls with gallery-style lighting along the corridor to the primary suite.

At $3,495,000, the asking price is roughly 3.8 times the 2025 median sold price of $910,000 for the 97035 ZIP code that includes Forest Highlands, according to RMLS data compiled by Portland Home Appraiser. Lake Oswego's $2 million-plus segment recorded 80 transactions last year, with those homes routinely sitting on the market 60 to 120-plus days.

Splitter, 41, led the Trail Blazers to a 42-40 regular-season record in 2025-26 before a first-round playoff exit. He was formally introduced as the 25th head coach in Bulls history on June 19. The Bulls open the 2026-27 season Oct. 21 at Toronto.
