Mollie Miller, the former Oregon City High School guard who earned Three Rivers League Player of the Year honors, has signed with Louisiana State University of Alexandria for the 2026-27 women's basketball season.

The signing, reported Monday, July 27, by CenLANow.com, caps a two-year run at Clackamas Community College where Miller helped the Cougars finish 32-1 with a perfect 16-0 conference record in the NWAC during the 2025-26 season.

"I chose LSUA because I really enjoyed the community and how family oriented everything is," Miller said. "That is something I was looking for, and I am glad I found it in LSUA."

Miller delivered across both seasons at Clackamas.

The 5-foot-6 guard averaged 18.0 points per game in 30 appearances as a freshman in 2024-25, shooting 40.1% from the field and 35.2% from three. Her sophomore year was even sharper: 18.1 points per game over 33 games with improved shooting splits of 42.9% from the field and 39.3% from beyond the arc.

Those numbers earned her the NWAC Southern Region Freshman of the Year award and two First Team All-Region selections during her time with the Cougars.

At Oregon City High School, Miller collected two Three Rivers First Team selections and All-State Honorable Mention honors before heading to Clackamas CC.

LSUA head coach Billy Perkins, who has led the Generals' women's program since August 2022, said Miller can score but also does a good job getting teammates involved. Miller joins six other recruits in LSUA's incoming class: Tonka Jakšic, Ja'Mya Garland, Kodi Miller, Molly Axell, Khouri White, and Kenzie Marceaux.

The Generals open the 2026-27 season with an exhibition at the University of Louisiana Lafayette on Thursday, October 22, followed by their regular-season opener at Faulkner University in Alabama on Friday, October 30.

Miller leaves behind a Clackamas CC program that posted one of the best seasons in NWAC history at 32-1, and she becomes the latest Oregon City High School product to take her game to the four-year level.
