A third luxury home in Oregon City's Serres Farm neighborhood is on the market during the 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams, giving buyers one more week to tour the $2,349,900 modern lodge before the event closes Sunday, Aug. 23.

DEZ Development, an Oregon City-based builder, constructed the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house called The Summit at 16083 Kaylyn Dr. The 4,212-square-foot home sits on a 0.27-acre lot and features A-frame rooflines with a cedar-and-brick exterior, according to OregonLive.

The listing joins two other high-end homes at the same venue. Earth Choice Construction's Skywalker and Skyview homes, which we covered Aug. 6, are each listed around $2.6 million. Icon Construction's Fridhem, originally listed at $2.6 million, is already under contract.

Three luxury listings at one Oregon City address is unusual.

At roughly $558 per square foot, The Summit commands a steep premium over Oregon City's average of about $323 per square foot for single-family homes, according to NW Pacific Realty's spring 2026 market forecast.

The Portland metro luxury segment is performing with "measured strength" this year, with high-net-worth buyers less sensitive to mortgage rate swings, the brokerage reported.

"The Summit lives significantly larger than its stats reflect," listing brokers Darryl Bodle and Kelly Christian of Darryl Bodle Real Estate–Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere told OregonLive.

The home's wellness features include a cold plunge and sauna. The primary suite occupies the main level with a fireplace and heated bathroom floors. A guest retreat, also on the main level, has its own kitchenette and private patio for multigenerational living.

Upstairs, a vaulted game room overlooks the great room. A fitness room opens to the outdoors through a roll-up door. The covered front terrace offers views of Happy Valley, the downtown Portland skyline and bridges, and the Coast Range.

One standout feature: a large mailbox embedded in the brick exterior wall at the front door, sized to accept packages as large as USPS will deliver.

The 50th-anniversary Street of Dreams, produced by the Home Building Association of Greater Portland, showcases seven homes at Serres Farms and 15 additional homes across the Portland area and Cannon Beach. Tickets are $29 at StreetofDreamsPDX.com and include one-time entry to all venues.

Hours are 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Sundays through Aug. 23.
