Oregon City residents can hear from candidates running for city government seats at a free public forum on Tuesday, Sept. 15.

The Gaffney Lane Neighborhood Association will host the all-candidates forum as part of its general meeting, according to the city's online calendar.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Development Community Room, 695 Warner Parrott Rd.

Which seats are on the ballot and which candidates have filed were not listed on the calendar or the Clackamas County elections page.

The county directs voters to contact the Oregon City city recorder at 503-657-0891 for city candidate information.

The agenda also includes an Oregon City Police update, a C.I.C. update and a representative from Gaffney Primary School. The association will provide free doughnuts and drinks.

The forum comes less than two months before the Nov. 3 general election.

Voters must register by Oct. 13, and Clackamas County Elections will begin mailing ballots Oct. 14.
