Downtown Lake Oswego will turn into a walking wine-tasting room on Saturday, Oct. 3, when more than 35 businesses open their doors for the 12th Annual Wine Walk.
Tickets cost $60 and include 12 one-ounce pours chosen from more than 70 wines, small bites, a custom Wine Walk glass with lanyard and a reusable tote with a tasting map, according to the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce. The event runs from 1 to 5 p.m., with check-in opening at noon.
Attendees must be 21 or older.
The pouring locations stretch across downtown's retail mix. Wizer's Fine Wines, Glassybaby, City Home, Wishbone Home & Design, R. Bloom's, Adorn, Golden, Grapevine, Lawrence Gallery, Willamette Valley Vineyards and Meraki Medical Aesthetics are among the confirmed stops, according to a Sept. 13 blog post by Cascade Hasson realtors Kevin Costello and Riley Costello.
"This event has sold out every year since 2022, and for good reason," Kevin and Riley Costello wrote in the post, which promotes the Wine Walk as one of Lake Oswego's signature events. The Chamber has not independently confirmed the sell-out streak.
Each ticketholder gets a tasting map to plan a route through the participating shops. With 12 pours spread across dozens of locations, attendees choose which stops to visit.
An early-bird discount of $10 off ended July 31, so the current price is the full $60.
The Wine Walk falls on the same Saturday as the Lake Oswego Farmers' Market at Millennium Plaza, which runs that morning.
Tickets are available through the Chamber's event page at lakeoswegochamber.com. The Oct. 3 event starts at 1 p.m.
